Organisations can use Home Carers Direct to engage carers of their client's choice under consumer directed care or even to hire casual staff.
In other words, depending on the needs of your organisation, you can use Home Carers Direct to engage a carer either for an individual client (e.g. if your organisation is a home care provider) or for a group of clients (e.g. if your organisation is an aged care home).
You can find out a little about carers (including spoken languages) from their profile and can contact them to ask questions or request bookings.
You may have a client who is keen to have a carer who speaks their native language or who has similar interests. The Home Carers Direct platform offers you and your clients genuine diversity and flexibility.
Registering your organisation as a care seeker will allow you to view carer profiles in full, contact them using the messaging system and arrange and manage bookings.
You can register multiple users to allow different staff members to manage bookings and payments. You can also register multiple clients.
